Here at Care Mallorca we understand just how important it is to find that special person who will care for your children. We aim to support you in this process and make it as stress free as possible. We place babysitters & full time nannies throughout Mallorca.

Our nannies 

We strive to find nannies that are warm, caring, nurturing, loving and creative. It is important to us that they have an understanding of child development and can provide empathic and kind care whilst still able to maintain healthy and all-important boundaries and discipline.

All of our candidates will undergo a thorough vetting process prior to recommendation. They will be personally interviewed and referenced by the agency to confirm qualifications, experience and career ambitions. We undertake DBS police checks and a minimum of two reference checks for every candidate. This will help us find a suitable match for both families and nannies.
